De-linking hacked account from psn

My ea account was hacked and after speaking with the EA help team they have frozen the account and directed me to the account recovery team. 

My original email address has been deleted and so I do not have access to it anymore. I have completed the account recovery form several times now with as much information I know, even including photos of EA game achievements on my ps4. 

I am willing to give up this account if I cannot be verified but I need it delinked from my psn as I currently can't play any EA game online! 

Is there anyway I can link a new EA account to my psn? Otherwise I can never play an EA game again!
