In my experience (from Morrowind onwards-- I do a lot of modding) the best (if most tedious) way to resolve issues like this is to do Ye Olde Mod Shuffle-- deactivate all mods, rebuild a clean patch, see if the save loads with no mods at all.
If yes, reactivate and rebuild patch with each mod one at a time, attempting to load the save between mod patch builds. When you reach a patch build that won't load the save, the most-recently activated mod is the likely culprit-- deactivate it, reactivate all your other mods, rebuild the patch, and see if the save loads. If yes, you've found A Broken Mod and for DA:I mods the only real solution (if there isn't an updated version of the mod somewhere on the internet that you can try) is to scour that mod out of your load order and call it a loss.
