@darula79 Thanks for the log, but it implies that you have a different issue entirely. You say that your game crashes when you start it. If that is indeed the case, please get us the info from your reliability monitor following the steps below:

1. Press Win+R to open the run box
2. Type perfmon /rel to open the reliability monitor.

This opens a window where you can click on the error's visually shown (white X in red circle) to find the latest one related to Origin. Click show details and then paste the info that is listed in there in here.

Just to confirm, you have taken all of these steps prior to creating the requested OER?

Please try closing both Crysis and CryEditor first. Next open the task manager and kill any remaining tasks related to Crysis.

Afterwards, exit Origin completely as well. Double check via task manager again that no Origin tasks are open.

Now you are ready to open Origin again and log in. Now try to install Crysis once more and report back to us.

If it does not work, please try to reboot your machine, log into Origin again and see whether you can install now.

@darula79 The CryRenderD3D10.dll error implies an issue with DirectX. Do you have all the Windows Updates for your system installed? If you haven't install those, if you do however, check this article here to see if you can update your DirectX version: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/179113

Thanks for the advice @AMDFX8370, but I tried it and it didn't work. I think it has to do with the fact that supposedly something is still downloading. I'm curious if the guys at EA figured anything out yet. @EA_Nils, were you able to get any updates?
