I have seen similar topics and some repairs (e.g.: deleting cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, unchecking the LAN Setting) but none of these seem to work!
History:
I tried logging in earlier but my connection got disrupted due to unstable connection so I got forced into offline mode. I needed to access Dragon Age Keep so I tried reconnecting but I cannot get the Origin client to go online.
I tried restarting, cache clearing but it didn't work. I also double checked my LAN Settings but I have already checked 'Automatically detect settings'. I saw a similar thread which suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Origin but now I am worse off since I keep getting the 'Cannot connect' message and now I can't play anything!
Please help!

Hi.
I have followed the proposed solution however, I was still not able to access my account and I still have the same error. Also, when I tried using the Origin Error Reporter, it keeps prompting me that I do not have an internet connection.
I tried creating a new account but also had the same error.
Further help please?

Hey @tiffanyangel3503 this thread is 5 years old so if you are seeing an issue then the best thing to do is to create a new thread with as much info as possible.
