“Could not connect to origin services/ no connection”

★★★ Newbie
Okay, I’ve searched all over the internet for the past few days attempting to fix my problem with origin. It says that it “Cannot connect to the origin servers,” or “please try again later,” and so I deleted origin and reinstalled like a few people did on the internet and that made things worse for me because now I can’t login at all and now cannot re-download my game Frown

I got new internet, (race), and ever since
then, it won’t let me connect.(don’t know if this could be problem from switching connections)

Here are the steps that I followed:

Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
Reset Internet Explorer Settings
Untick the options in LAN Settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
Clear Origin Cache Data
Reset the Windows Host File
Reboot your computer, now run Origin as Admin by right-clicking it

Please help.

@sinfullpain Hi, can you try using Google DNS and see if anything changes for you? I think this error message is related to your internet routing.

Thanks.
