I continue to get emails and texts about a security code, implying someone knows my usename and password and is trying to log into my account, but cant since I have the two step verification. I have gotten them in Russian and English. I have changed my password numerous times, each password was completely unrelated, but I continue to get the texts and emails.

It may be worthwhile changing any other related passwords such as your email etc.
It does appear that the two step verification is protecting your account though, so that is good.
