Constant Failures Downloading Sims 3 and 4 on Origin

Unable to download Sims 3 and Sims 4 in origin, I have Origin installed, but downloading my Sims games constantly results in download failed errors, I have no idea why, this has never happened to me before...

@Destiwald4ever Hey, can you try clearing Origin's cache and attempt to download again?

I deleted the cache, I'll let you know if that works.

working so far, Sims 3 is 11% downloaded and SIms 4 is 21$ downloaded, when I look, 4 is always 10% ahead of 3 in terms of how much progress the downlod has made.
