Hello. My origin account has been banned.
There is about a week (5 working days) since I've followed this steps:

But there was no response so far and my account is still banned.
Things I've done that probably the software might see these as hacks attempts:
- I've downgraded my subscription
- I've changed my credit card with a revolut one (is revolut payment illegal?)
But I'm not even sure that this is the reason, because I didn't really received one.
Things I can do to take my account back (a lot of work done for my FUT Team, so this is why I'm "fighting" for this):
- upgrade my account subscription back
- use the original card (before the revolut one)
I really need someone from Origin to help with this.
