Command and conquer The first decade cd-key not working on origin

Hi,I was trying to activate my command and conquer cd-key on origin but I keep getting "the product code you entered is not valid"

Anyway to fix that?

I have the disc but my drive wont read it anymore its about 4 years old and scratched pretty badly and i read that you could put the code on origin and get a digital download.

You will need to contact an EA Advisor, they will be able to assist you: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Codes and promotions" as topic and "Invalid code" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.
