Code already used

★★★★★ Newbie

I bought the sims 3 years ago and played it on an old pc without an origin account because I was 9 and didn't know about origin.

Later I deleted the game but now I want to play it on a new pc but it says the code is already in use.

Please help me.

I can't log in with an old account btw because the game was not linked to an account.

Only an EA Game Adviser can assist you with Player Account problems.  All of them are found through the Help Center website.

If you played the game via Origin then it has been linked to an account. Since you mention that you were underage during that time you were most likely playing via an underage account. This means that you will only be able to login to the Origin client with a username, which we call an Origin ID.

If you don't remember the details of your account then you can contact an EA Advisor as mentioned by @Gorath_the_Elder. Note: while contacting them make sure that you have your game code ready so they can lookup the correct account details for you.
