Cloud save error

All of my games' key bindings keep resetting every time I reopen the game. Plus battlefield 1 keeps resetting as if I am starting the game from scratch and I am offline even though origin is online. I have tried uninstalling games, checking that all cloud saves are on, uninstalling origin, removing game files, repairing the game but nothing. In other words, I have tried everything that I know. I really need help.

If you are "off line" how are you getting cloud saves? Are you canceling any game save (progress) by not being synced to a save? Are you exiting your games through the software, a quit and save option? Read the Docs and Read Me files in the owners manual about saving games, some are different then others.
