Child Account Not Turning Into Adult Account

I didn't want to do this publicly but it seems like my only option at this point and the only way I can get some actual help. 

I have had a child account since Christmas 2014 when I was 10 years old. Obviously, my parents set me up a child account on Origin. For four years, I have had the same child account although I was told that it would be automatically updated when I turned the minimum age to have an adult account. I'm from the U.K and (correct me if I'm wrong) but the minimum age is 14. 7 months have passed since my 14th birthday and I have received nothing telling me about changing my account into an adult account. I play The Sims quite a bit and not being able to download people's creations or even simply messaging my friends on Origin is agitating. 

Please, if anyone knows anything; please help. I am desperate for answers as I have been receiving none.

I have the exact same problem. I’m about to turn 15, and I haven’t gotten any notification. 
    I was once doing something on my phone or computer, and I was super busy. And I got a notification out of nowhere, I didn’t even read it. Because I didn’t have time and I had to go. But I think it said something about an adult account. And as I said, I didn’t even read it. I closed it, before I even realized what it said.  I play The Sims 4 quite a lot too. And I don’t have the community gallery. I have been struggling with this for a super long time. I mean- like a few years!   and I can’t find the answer!
