Ive been on a live chat now for an hour, trying to sort out a non-appearing game on my account. All we've managed to establish is that I am the account holder that that they can help me. Why does it take so long for them to respond? I just want this fixed, either they can fix it and can help or they can't, in which case I can move on, but seriously, an hour?? Its too long

Live Chat is the EA Advisors preferred method of contact. It is easier for them to assist you this way. The reason they take so long to respond is because they are trying to find the fix for your problem in the easiest way possible. I would recommend staying in the chat with them until you either get an answer or they deem it is not fixable. They really do make a huge difference in the community.

I can't even get live chat I have email several times with response but then get link to the same page where I can only do email
