Hi all,
I was charged twice for buying battlefront, a simple glitch, however trying to get it resolved has turned into a nightmare. I've reported a bug, tried 3 times to chat with someone from EA and searched endlessly for a email address. Can someone help me please??

I have done that, it directs me to a chat that infinitely loads, or a "Call Me" option that does not list my country.

I've marked it as solution because you need to contact support. There's nothing else we can do on the forums.
If the chat does not load, make sure to try another browser. Also if you see the Call me button, select UK or US as your country. This way an advisor will call you in English.
