Changed Email and now all of my games are gone....

I recently changed the main email address of my origin account, everything worked perfectly and I have made purchases since. However when I went to log in on the account today, I redeemed the sims 2 code and then noticed all of my other games have gone missing. 

 

I'm afraid I can't really provide any more information, however I'm hoping someone has an idea as to what has happened.

@Allvar47 Hi,

 

From your decription it does sound like actually ended up creating a new account instead and when you log in it naturally does not register any of the content you had owned previously on the other account.

 

My suggestion would be to contact an EA Game Advisor, to look into this further with you to try to discover where your main account went: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
