Change Origin/EA Email

I need to change my email as I now no longer have access to it. I can still login to my EA/Origin Account with the email but what's now puzzling me more is the fact I can't make a case on the subject. From what I've gathered, I need to contact origin in order to change the email. How do I do this?

haha typical. A few months ago I, alongside many others, had a problem connecting to the EA servers and it took over 3 months for EA to finally address the issue. Thereby, I have come to the conclusion already that this will be a long ride untill I get what I need. The computer gaming industry has become too greedy and I am not impressed at all. Oh how I miss the days playing my nintendo 64 and the occasional quake sesh on my PC.
