Case Resolution Time Exceeded

My Apex Legends case has exceeded 72 hours since my account got permanently suspended. How long will my case be resolved?

I'm sorry, but we don't have a way of seeing how long an investigation may take. The TOS team reviews bans on a case by case basis, so it can vary depending on how many they are working through. 

The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as possible, so keep an eye out for a reply from them.
