Cant merge my EA and XBOX accounts.

So i bought XBOX Live JUST so i can play Fallen Order. I got THIS MESSAGE. I tried resseting my password 2 TIMES ALREADY, i even created new account. I wasted money for nothing THX EA or Microsoft

@ere15xkmcPL To confirm is either your EA or Xbox account a child account, or is there any restriction you know of that has been placed on them? If not have either been connected to an account in the past?

If everything should be g2g, then I would recommend reaching out to an advisor to have them look at the EA Account.

There was parental restriction in the past on XBOX account, dont know if its still there. If this turns out to be true, what to do?

This message pops up. I bought Game Pass JUST to play Fallen Order but no. I tried using different PC to log-in, i reset my password 2 times, made new account nothing works. A guy from EA told me that maybe its beacuse of some restriction or parental control but i got no further answer.
