Cant log in to fifa 21 online

Hi, please help me with this , as I recently purchased fifa21 on ps5 and the psn account is already linked to the ea account and when i try to log in online for fifa21 it sends a code to an email which i don’t have access to as yahoo has permanently erased my account due to inactivity and there is no way for me to regain it back.

please help me with this as i only play online and will be of no use for me, if there is nothing you can do then please let me know how can i return the game
