@thecowboyswife The file listed is part of the 2013 VC++ runtimes. It's best to do a clean uninstall of your VC++ 2013 runtimes, then download new versions directly from Microsoft. Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, click on both the x86 and x64 entries (if you have them), and select Uninstall. You can download new copies here. Be sure to install both the x86 and x64 versions.

You can skip the _arm version, which is for a different class of device. Once you've installed the other two, restart your computer, and test.
