Cannot seing my Profile or Other Players' Picture on BF1 and Origin

I spent to playing BF1 for 58 hours, since the first time I've never saw my Profile/Avatar Picture or other players' even on Origin. Playing BF4 and BFH is not problem and I already tried to change my Profile Picture but I won't effected. 

Let me have your solution for this issue please.

If you have Battlefield 1 for PC, it uses your Origin picture. On consoles I presume it uses your profile picture.

- change the profile picture there https://myaccount.ea.com

-create an emblem https://www.battlefield.com/companion/career

If you have Battlefield 1 for PS4 , you have 2 profile pics, one is public, one is private, sometimes same, sometimes different, its probably using your public image, on PS4, it always shows you your private one which you and your friends see, it might be that, try changing your PS4 public image.It will only show avatars that you can buy or get by default
