I recently bought FIFA 16 on 01.01.2016
I was able to download and install the game via Origin client and was able to play on the first day.
I tried playing FIFA 16 again the following day (02.01.2016) and I get a prompt stating that the game needs to be activated.
When I check My Games, FIFA 16 is not listed. It is as if I never purchased the game.
An email from EA/Origin about my purchase order states that the payment failed. However, my credit card has been debited for the total amount €35.99
Order History in my Origin account also states that payment failed.
My order number is 1001858915869
I'm running a Windows 10 PC and I have not had any problems with any games so far except for this.
I would really appreciate some help on this.
