Cannot find the person who has my name

I am trying to remove the number from my name but the prompt tells me the name is already taken. I have searched the name and found no one who has the name. Can someone confirm that the name is being used by another person? Current name Chaolord95. Desired name Chaolord

If it is telling you that the name is already taken @chaolord95 then this would be the case. Due to the privacy settings on Origin, it is possible to hide your account so that no one can find you.

The best thing to do is to try an alternate spelling of the name you want.
