Cannot find game

Recently purchased sims 4 digital copy, now i'm unable to find the game. its not even in the purchase history. I have tried to contact EA but no luck. i guess too busy....PLEASE HELP...WANT TO PLAY SIMS

@ur_sugabear Has the money been taken from your account? Have you made sure that you are logging in with the same account that you made the purchase with?
