Cannot download required update

I am having some trouble with a required update for sims4, it looks like the download server is offline or something.

Anyone else having trouble with this?

If there is anything to do other than wait please help!

@fyathyco mine keeps telling me that windows has blocked origin from downloading it yet i don't even have uac on

Thanks, but i am getting the message that the server dont  answer..

So i guess that there may be some origin server that is crashed or is offline. or something like that.

Hey all, can you ensure that nothing is blocking Origin? You need to ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
