Cannot delete payment method

I been trying to remove the payment method from my account profile for months because I do not want annual access anymore.

Each time I hit delete, message return 'Operation failed. Please tried again later'

Is this a scheme to continue charging my account even though I do not want the service anymore.

Pls fix this and allow me to delete my payment method.

Hi @ipchi,

Are you looking to cancel Origin Access? What steps have your tried so far? And can you upload a screenshot of the error message please?
