i've had to make another account to try and get help through to the forum, because i updated origin and tried to log in but it said my email and password weren't compatable so i tried to reset it and get it emailed to me but no emails ever came through!
but what was was weird is it let me make another account with the same email address so i fear i've screwed it up by doing this ( i did this so i could post on the forum)
i had over five sims games that i'd paid for.. and theme hospital
i have order confirmation emails on my inbox for the account court_2007
but i cannot log in to it and when i try and retreive a new password the email never comes through
I don't understand what has happened..

Contact an Advisor via live chat or phone for assistance with this issue:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue

Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

After i click origin there is no button 'next' at the bottom, clicking on origin (Sept 3) takes me to this page, which is the results search for problems with origin..

@court_2094 Hi,
Instead of a next button, there should be an orange "Contact Us" button at the very bottom of that page. The "Next" button will only appear on the next step (where you select your platform and your game).
Let us know if you are still having issues afterwards.

I was able to do the same thing as you. It let me create a New account with the same EMAIL and EXACT same password!! None of my games are in my library and its says im a Newbie. Did you guys have this problem? and did you recover your games?
