Cancellation

I had subscribed to a trial membership and I can't find any options to cancel the subscription moving forward. I had been looking before the renewal date but it was impossible to find an option to cancel - I had to assume the subscription was no longer active.. Now I have been charged $4.99+tax - can I please have my subscription cancelled and can I please be reimbursed for the subscription charged?

If you wish to cancel and EA Access subscription:

If you are on PS4:

1. From your PlayStation 4, navigate to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [PlayStation Subscriptions].
2. Select the EA Access subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

Xbox:

1. Log in to account.microsoft.com.
2. Click Services & subscriptions.
3. Click Payment & billing under EA Access.

Our subscriptions for Origin Access, both Basic and Premier, are not refundable. There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances.
