Can't submit bug report for Apex Legends

Anytime I finish putting in all of the info and I go to hit submit, the submit button turns grey after pressing it and nothing happens. Need a fix for this asap.

@holger1405Yeah dude, that's the main bug submission page, that's the one that's broken... You type in all that stupid information just to be able to preview what your submission would look like, then there never an option to submit your bug report

@zGamefreak Can u tell me why am not getting any apex pack,ever since I hit lv 500 not even 1 pack!! Been trying to reach out to for so long now I think if there is an issue I deserve all the apex packs I didn’t get for so long. I have seen people level 149 with the heirloom and I can’t even open a pack to try and get the heirloom
