Can't select a game on the refund page

Hi,

Yesterday, I was trying to get a refund for Battlefield 1. I went to the refund page but when I clicked the select button, it just sent me back to the exact same page. I tried to fix this issue by looking up forums or contacting ea but I couldn't find anything that would help me. It's been 24 hours since I first launched the game so I can't do it the usual way now. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hey @zquidd the best thing to do is to speak with our live support team who will be able to take a look and advise you further.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call
