Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it but I still can't scroll down. I even got on the webpage version of origin and still couldn't move about the screen (scroll down to see/download my expansion packs for Sims3). HELP PLEASE

Now go in Origin / My Games tab - right click on game icon Sims 3 select Repair and Check for Updates.
NOTE then if your issue persist :
Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client.
You need to do this,add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-wi
Go to Internet Options in Control Panel , check the Connections tab and make sure the proxy server is not checked.
