I have Spore + expansions on DVDs. They are pretty old copies and I have already installed them a few times. Since SecuROM is giving me trouble on Win10, I wanted to download a digital version of them (also I have lost my disk of Galactic Adventures). Problem is, that I can't redeem the code of any of them. Sometimes it says "This code has already been used" (so what? Can't I install my game again?), but recently it told me "Can't redeem this code here, go to help.ea.com". Fact is, that redeeming codes in that site redirects me to the site I was trying to redeem them in the first place. (yeah...).
I don't know if some of you can see that, but my account is tied to a Spore one. In fact, when I try to redeem one of the codes, it gives me the option to access to MySpore. But then the error show up.
Any idea on how can I resolve this?

Ok, if they checked it for you then I am afraid that you will have to contact your vendor. I hope everything works out.

To setup your contact via EA Help first start with selecting your country or language. If your country or language isn't listed then select either United States or United Kingdom.
Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.

Already tried that while I was looking for redeeming the expansion only. They said I shoul contact the vendor and ask for a new serial.... I was looking for an option less.... unlikely let's say.
