I want to talk about something you don't mention above: It’s not letting get a verification code
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I can’t log into my account , in order to get to putting in my sims code, but every time I attempt to get into my account it asks for a verification code, but it won’t send to my email. I attempted to make a new account with another email of mine ,, and it asked for a verification code again and wouldn’t work,
How is this making it more difficult? Because it won’t let me log in.
How can we reproduce this experience? Help me get my verification code

I moved your thread to the EA – General Questions board.
You would not be able to activate the game on a new account, it is bound to the account it was registered on.
You need to contact EA directly.
The link to EA's Support is here. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "Origin" from the list.
Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account"
