I think my Digital download copy was hacked. It has a random email account “ua****@yomail.info”. I’ve tried for days to get the issue resolved, but EA has the worst customer service ever. I just wasted 20 mins talking to some guy who needed to escalate my problem to a higher up where I sat on hold for 10 mins before hanging up.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I have at least two open cases. You think I’ll hear something with the next week? At this point, I’d be fine with getting my $60 back and never buying another digital copy.

I purchased the game over a week ago. How soon would you like to play a game if you paid $60 for it? Within two weeks, a month? Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Hey @jqjakeq501 I understand your frustration. If your case is being investigated by a specialist team then you will need to wait to hear back from them. I would suggest enraging that you check your email folders for any updates.

I cannot play online because there is a yomail.info that appears on my account but it is not mine

I’m having the same problem. Ever after going through the phone and waiting process I only got some BS email. EA customer service is sad :-(
