Can’t log in to childhood email

So basically I can’t log in to the yahoo account my EA account is logged into now this has been a problem since maybe madden 18 but never a big problem. Usually a pop until basically I had to play madden online on another account. But now that I’ve been playing apex lvl 100 on PlayStation and 70 on Xbox. I just ran into a problem which is basically ea saying it’s been a while since you logged into your email and we need to verify it you. Now the thing is I logged in but to change anything mean they have to send a code to the email I have no access to. And basically I’m * out of luck unless someone know a way around. Thanks for any help I’m advance.
