Can't edit basic info

Every time I attempt to edit my Basic Info section I get a Page Not Found Error (in screenshot). Someone previously got into my account and changed my username to Muhiqbal206 and I would very much like MY handle back. I have login verification set up & I'm getting the codes fine but once I actually submit the codes it cuts straight to the error page.

If your account was accessed by someone else, then you should contact EA customer support at https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

In order to get in touch with someone via Live Chat or get a call back, follow these steps:

1. Set your country to US;
2. Click on "Help with a Game";
3. Choose your game and platfrom;
4. Then select your topic. 
5. Then click on "Select contact option";
6. And now you can choose if you want to contact EA's support through a Live Chat or get a call back from them.
