Can't download Sims 4

Hello, 

Tried downloading Sims 4 but this pops up and the download fails. 

"Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission."

Every time i want to download sims 4 this happens and it has been a while since i last tried but why is it still a problem? Shouldn't it be solved already? 

I have tried running as administrator and changed to notify for uac. Could you please give me a solution?

It is probable that there is something running at Windows startup that is causing this. Please try a clean boot before starting Origin/Sims 4:
