I am trying to change my password, but having issues. When I click forgot password, it never sends an email to reset password. It did not go in my spam folder either. I then go to the contact us and try to create a case. Nothing happens when I click create case. I have no way to contact EA except through this forum so I am hoping someone can contact me and help with this issue.

I shouldn't have to create a twitter account to deal with EA, but it seems I have no other options. Thank you for the response.
