Hello Today when i tried to contact a Ea advisor i was getting a massage saying we were unable to connect you to an advisor and when i tried to make a new case i got this massage
Sorry, No Channels are Available. Is EA down ?

This may have been resolved in 2016. But the issue has arisen again in 2019
I need to delete my account but it keeps saying
"Sorry, No Channels are Available."
I go to Contact us then ---> Manage my account | Delete account
