Can't connect to an Ea Advisor

Hello Today when i tried to contact a Ea advisor i was getting a massage saying we were unable to connect you to an advisor and when i tried to make a new case i got this massage 

Sorry, No Channels are Available. Is EA down ?

I am getting the same issue and I have tried, IE 11, the Edge browser, Chrome, and Firefox and it looks like this in all of them.

This may have been resolved in 2016. But the issue has arisen again in 2019

I need to delete my account but it keeps saying 

"Sorry, No Channels are Available."

I go to Contact us then ---> Manage my account  | Delete account
