I could always connect to EA live chat and talk with an advisor but lately i cant go past the "thanks for contacting EA!".

Chat might not be available depending on day and time and your location.
To help avoid issues while contacting us, please refer to the below steps:
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ -- do not use a mobile device to contact us
2. Select your country from the upper left corner. If it isn't listed, try US or UK
3. Select Game, click Next
4. Select Platform, click Next
5. Select Topic and Issue and give a description, click Next
6. Select the method in which you want to contact us
7. Some contact options might not be available depending on the time at which you place your request
Doesn't work? Select another game, topic or issue. You can also press F5 to reload the page or try another browser.

Is there any change in any part of your contact route? Do you always choose the "Help" option from within the Origin client program? Or do you use a browser? If the latter, try a different one.

Same with me. I tried to reach them 4-5 times, but I always get this message and I can't pass through:

A waited 4 hours, still nothing. (The estimated wait time was 5 min btw)

Could you please try clearing your browsers cookies and cache or try a different browser all together (I would recommend IE)?

Also tried with IE -> Can't click on the "Chat Now" button -> even worse.
Tried with Firefox -> Can't even search for a game...
I just want to get a refund because my order is still processing after 5 days T_T

For some reason, I used IE again, the button was visible and the chat worked. Could you please find out the problem in Chrome, because it is still not working.
