Can't connect to EA live chat regarding my suspended account.

Hi, my account got hacked awhile ago and I manged to get it back, Now I've been trying to get it hopefully unbanned or unsuspended whichever it is so I can play some Apex Legends again on my main account. 

The problem I have is I can't reach either a live chat or get a phone number so I can try and solve this problem, every time I've emailed the support I've only gotten the same message regarding to contact live chat so help me resolve my problem. 

When I try that I only get email as a support option.

If your account got hacked you should use steps in this link: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/i-think-somebody-hacked-my-origin-account-what-can-i-do-now/

And contact EA for more info.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @ChuckSheppard.

Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

If it does not work then you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype or Google Voice and contact our UK support directly, it is best to set your location to the country you are contacting also. The UK support number is  +44 203 0141818  and is available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.
