Can't change my ID

Hi!

I was trying to change my ID but I get this weird ''These questions will help us confirm your identity'' but here's the weird, I have no idea what the question is cause it looks like this (I put the picture in there) and when I tried to change it, it still wouldn't let me because that weird question popped up again!

When I made this account a long time ago I can not recall that I wrote anything as a security question 

Is there anything I can do or do I have to be abc729432125 forever??

See if you can change the language on your account settings. That should allow you to see the question in English so you can answer it.
