Can’t change email

Hi @kerdtkevin7, we wouldn't be able to help with updating your EA account information on the forum. Please contact the EA Help support team. Without having access to your email, updating your account information becomes really tricky and the support teams hands might very well be tied but they will have visibility into your account and can chat with you about what they can and can't do for you once they get a look at things.
