Can't cancel sims 3 download

While I was dowlading the new update fore sims 4 i was wanting to play sims 3 so when i tired it had to installed so i did that but then cancelled it but now it sayd installed 4.8 out of 4.8 and I cant cancel it so my simscan finish dowlaoding. HELLLP

Restart your machine .

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

 NOTE if your download stops or don't start you need to  checked in Origin / Application Settings / Advanced / Safe Mod Downloading -checked-Enable Safe Mod Downloading and restart Origin.
