Can't buy games

Everytime I try to purchase a game this message pops up:

An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-client/offerEntries?storeId=origin-... 400 (Bad Request)]

It might have to do with that i have a vpn (which I can not turn off). Is there anyway that this can be fixed?

@Valvo_V3 Hi, if the issue is related to your VPN we can't directly assist. You generally don't want to use a VPN to purchase an Origin game.

 Perhaps you could try purchasing from a different connection then attempt the download on your main system?

I have tried numerous times to add Need For Speed Payback to my cart, but everytime i try it comes up with this error.

Its becoming very frustating because im not able to download a game i have wanted for a long time.

I have set my bank account info and my real address, still not working.
