Been trying to buy stuff in Origin for the past month, just getting errors all the time, tried everything I can find, contacted support twice and their tips did not help either, only some days left of battle pass in apex legends and I can't but the god damn pass...

Sometimes it's just validation failed or something, other times it says something like need full cart info.

Would it be possible to grab the full error message @MsKKN as they generally contain information that allows us to narrow down the cause of the issue?

Here is the error code that I get right now: [ref. #validation-failed]. But I have gotten other ones too.

No I don't use a VPN or such.. Already contacted support twice and they couldn't help either, maybe I just need a new account or something
