It seems that there are a few different issues here. One is that you can't buy any games and that the other is that there are issues with downloading. What exactly is this error message?

The error message i got when buying games was [ref #53000]
It told me that there was a problem with reading my account information and that i need to relog and try again (translating from dutch). Relogging didnt help, i got the same [ref #53000] error.
But this only happens when trying in a browser. In the origin application it gives me an empty screen to check my purchase, but nothing happens.

This seems to be an account issue because i tested it on a newly made account and on that account everything worked fine.

As I click on the download button for Battlefield 1, I get an error message. The servers might just be down, but I don't use Origin that often, and I still need to get to learn it. Thx
