Can't access the A Way Out forum [ Edited ]

I was referred by twitter account @EAHelp to post to the A Way Out forum but I'm getting an acess denied error.

I was instructed to post to this address: https://answers.ea.com/t5/A-Way-Out/ct-p/a-way-out-en but it doesn't load.

Is there a reason I cannot access it?

I posted there just in case. hopefully I’ll get a response. This has been very frustrating and pointless so far.
