Can't Play Games

So I was trying to play Sims 4 today and the option to play doesn't show up. I can only access the Extra Content area of the game. I last played around August so it's been a while since I played. Please help, I really wanna play again.

Also, don't know if it's just Sims or all games since I only own Sims. I guess it'd still be all games since I only own one.

Hey @Jimmyc313 is this happening in Origin and is it a case that the launch option is greyed out or missing?

If on Origin then can you ensure that your Origin is fully up to date.
