I don't always go on my computer and I'm also not the best at technology but after a few months of not being on my computer, I finally go on it and I try to play The Sims 3, so I try to open Origin but it wouldn't open at all! So I deleted it and redownloaded Origin but it won't open at all. when I try to open it it'll just say "This version of Origin is already on this computer. Would you like to re-install?" so I would press yes and then it wouldn't even install at all. I've tried everything.

@nmaou Hi,
First off, please download the Origin installation file from here: https://www.origin.com/download
Next, please navigate to your download folder and right click the "OriginThinSetup.exe" file and choose "Run As Administrator".
If that still does not work, and the installation fails, please follow the below steps in exact order:
Let us know how you get on afterwards.
Cheers,
Nils

My Origins finally downloaded and it'll open to the login screen but then it'll say "Online login is currently unavailable" and won't allow me to click anything.

Please create a DxDiag and post it with your next reply.
Also go to your windows control panel > Programs and Features > and look which "Microsoft Visual C++" versions are installed.
